How long is the shipping process?  (delays may occur during pandemic ) Standard shipping is 2-3 business days  orders ship out in the order please allow 48 hours to process order.

  If your order on a sale it may take longer 5-7 days to receive

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. IF YOU ABSOUTELY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE IT ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THE PAYPAL SCREEN AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR CARD INFORMATION, IF NOT IT WILL GET SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS!

 What if I purchase a SALE item? If item is sold out I can swap out product for needed size. These would be a product out of season i can't get again.  You will be given a store credit in a form of a gift card.

What payment Method do u accept?
We accept
 Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, sezzle shop now pay later and store credit via Le Divine Collection E-Gift Cards. Please note: E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases only. Similarly, our retail store issued Gift Cards are exclusive to in-store purchases only and are not valid for online use.

Android/Google Play app: We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, PayPal . Financing option checkout with sezzle.

If i choose sezzle can i select instore pickup? Yes only if u are in physical store with items you want to purchase. Otherwise order will be shipped

There are three (3) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

Click  final email that your order is on the way to track your package via the ledivinecollection.com website (you must enter your Order Number and Email Address).

In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

How do I track my package?
Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or FedEx.com or enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on our website track my order
After tracking is applied to account you may view your order status.

What if my card gets declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment choose a sezzle at checkout pay later to complete your purchase.

Is everything listed online? Yes, all items you see are instock and ready to ship.

What shipping company does LE DIVINE COLLECTION use?  USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves LE DIVINE COLLECTION for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

When do I receive tracking information? After being processed Tracking information is emailed/applied to account the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
