What if I purchase a SALE item? If item is sold out I can swap out product for needed size. These would be a product out of season i can't get again. You will be given a store credit in a form of a gift card.

If i choose sezzle can i select instore pickup? Yes only if u are in physical store with items you want to purchase. Otherwise order will be shipped

There are three (3) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

How do I track my package?
Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or FedEx.com or enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on our website track my order
After tracking is applied to account you may view your order status.
What if my card gets declined?

What shipping company does LE DIVINE COLLECTION use? USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves LE DIVINE COLLECTION for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

When do I receive tracking information? After being processed Tracking information is emailed/applied to account the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
