Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Divinexo s. r. o. (the "controller") processes the personal data of visitors and users of the website divinexo.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

2. Data we process
We process identification and contact data (first and last name, email address, phone number), data about your activity on the website (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and data you voluntarily share with us through our forms.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data for the following purposes: (a) sending newsletters and marketing communications, (b) including you in the waiting list of prospective investors, (c) responding to your enquiries, (d) analytics and service improvement, (e) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or the performance of a contract or a legal obligation.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary — marketing data for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn. Accounting data is retained for 10 years pursuant to Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll.
6. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with our processors: hosting providers (within the EU), email platforms (Mailchimp Limited under appropriate safeguards using standard contractual clauses) and analytics providers (Google Ireland Limited).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@divinexo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.
8. Data security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted transmission (TLS 1.3), strict access management and regular security audits.
